Neon Dust Rally

Neon Dust Rally is pure arcade joy. You drift through neon canyons and rain-slick city streets, chaining slides to build boost, and the handling model is forgiving enough that you'll feel fast within a lap or two. This is not a simulation and it never pretends to be.

The controls default to auto-accelerate with tap-to-drift, which sounds too simple until you're threading a hairpin at full boost and it all comes together. There's a tilt option too, and it's actually well-tuned, which is rare. The soundtrack deserves special mention — it carries the whole vibe.

Content is a little thin at launch: maybe a dozen tracks and a handful of cars. But the ones here are lovingly made, and the time-trial ghosts kept me coming back to shave off tenths of a second.
